JDY¡¯s 4-inch downpipe is designed to perfectly mate with the factory twin-turbo S58 system and connect directly to any aftermarket or OEM mid-pipe or cat-back exhaust without modification.

• Both Catless and Sport-Cat versions are treated with a high-temperature ceramic thermal coating, minimizing engine bay heat soak and protecting nearby components.

• The Sport-Cat (SN) version features a custom 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter offering superior exhaust purification while maintaining optimal flow characteristics.

• Each housing is CAE-analyzed and CFD-optimized to streamline exhaust gas velocity and reduce backpressure ¡ª unlocking faster turbo spool and improved throttle response.

4. Precision Engineering & Perfect Fitment

Using laser 3D scanning and CAD modeling, the JDY S58 downpipe is developed with exacting precision to maximize available space within the tight confines of the G8X chassis.

5. Advanced TIG Welding for Durability

Each assembly is TIG-welded under full argon shielding to prevent oxidation and ensure dense, smooth welds inside and out.
All weld seams undergo ultrasonic and non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify structural integrity. The inner welds are polished for uninterrupted airflow and reduced turbulence ¡ª essential for maintaining stable boost control at high load.

Returns & Satisfaction
Unused and uninstalled products are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Unfortunately, once a product has been used or installed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If you decide you don’t like a product after installation, it will not qualify for return.

Restocking Fee
