• Custom tuning files, software licenses, and digital downloads are non‑refundable once activated.

💰 Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

⚙️ Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
